  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Any included accessories must be returned

Items that show signs of wear or damage (not due to a shipping issue) may be denied a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

    • Photos (optional but helpful)

  3. Our team will respond with instructions and a return authorization

Please do not ship your return before receiving confirmation and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. The Yellow Prime is not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after approval.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • Include your order number in the email

We will work quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you want a different size, color, or item, please submit a return request and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Gift cards
